Ask on Premium has no practical limit for a household using it normally, even a heavy one. There is a high-frequency daily ceiling designed to stop automated or abusive use, and it resets every day at midnight. If you ever hit it in genuine use, tell us and we will look at raising it.

Everything in Premium, plus a named person who knows your household and handles admin with you: filings, renewals, and the paperwork behind a move. Scope and pricing are agreed in a conversation, because every household is different.

Yes. Traffic uses TLS. What you seal is encrypted on your device and stored encrypted: vault keys stay with your household, so even we cannot read sealed items. Documents are read then encrypted; passwords you enter are sealed immediately. Household data is hosted in Switzerland.

Canceling Premium moves you to Free: your household and data stay, with Free limits. Deleting your household is different: you keep read-only access for 7 days so you can export, then data is permanently removed. You can export anytime from Settings while your account exists.
